  Hot Water System: Central hot water system. During peak evening hours (around 8:00 PM), please allow water to run briefly.

  Smoking Policy: STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside all guest rooms. Allowed ONLY at the designated outdoor wooden bench area. Additional cleaning fees apply for violations.

  Package Deliveries: On-site package delivery is not accepted. Please route orders to a nearby UPS Store or FedEx Office.

  Parking / Free Parking: Free parking on the street next to the property. The area inside the garage gate is strictly private property.

  Long-Term Stay Policy: For stays exceeding 10 nights, mandatory housekeeping service is required every 10 days.
